if your iphone isnt jailbroken then you cant install 3rd party apps and apple have all official apps already on the phone,
if your iphone is jailbroken i would check or the installer app on your iphone if you have it
yes its called SMSD
u can forward ur msgs and send to multilpe recepients and other stuff
when u connect ur iphone to the net go to the installer app on ur iphone go to network and search for it on the list
