I need a text application that allows me to send and receive texts for free. It doesn’t matter if the application itself costs money just as long as there are no incoming, outgoing or monthly fees. Also, it must work in Canada!!! If anyone knows anything about an app anything like this please let me know about it!

    Try TextFree. It has no incoming or outgoing fees, just the initial installation fee of $4.99-5.99. (I can’t remember the actual cost.) I’ve used it to send messages to Canada, so I believe it will work, but I’d read the information on it before you install. There is also a TextFree lite which is free but only allows 15 messagese a day to be sent.
