I have jailbroken my iPhone, downloaded a bunch of apps from UseNext, but can’t figure out just how to put them on the iPhone? I use Cydia as an application management tool, but can’t find a way there either.

Check if the file you downloaded are .ipa’s if they are this will work.
But for future downloads of ipa’s
Go to appulo.us
Step One(if you haven’t updated your mobileinstallation patch.)
watch this video. (video in the sources link)
Step Two(Make sure you you donwload a real app from the mobile appstore)
then grab the files and drag them into iTunes as if they were songs.
Step three: connect your ipod/iphone and sync
(you might need to go to the phone options in itunes and make sure sync apps is clicked on.)
