Well, you do not need an App for that. Go to Settings>General>Keyboard>International Keyboards>Select whatever languages you want. Then, to access them while sending a text, a little globe icon should come up with the keyboard and keep clicking it until you get the language you want.

no you would need to use the language key boredgo to settings general then keyboard then internatonal keyboards then turn russian on and then in sms app there wil be a world app by the abd/123 button and that should do it!
